The FACE of FINE CUSTOM WOODWORK
Celtic Fine Woodwork
Raised in Ireland in a house built by his father, Con Breslin, owner of Celtic Fine Woodwork, took an early interest in carpentry. A natural craftsman, he had chisel in hand by age 11.
His instinctive inclination towards the skill earned him admission to a trade school specializing in carpentry, drafting skills and design. After being offered a grant by the government to start a business in Ireland, he chose instead to come to the States. Thirtyfour years ago, he moved to Philadelphia and began his woodworking career.
Con has been offering his services to the South Florida market since 2001 and specializes in high-end custom pieces and built-ins for homes and the yachting industry. He creates stunning pieces made to stand the test of time for his clients. As he says, “People here care about quality and enjoy having their spaces filled with unique custom design.” If you’d like, have drinks at the bar he built 15 years ago at the Pillars Hotel at 111 Birch Road in Fort Lauderdale so you can see for yourself!
