The Regency Collection
It’s difficult to guess where this warm and inviting living room setting with a media wall is located .... could be New York City... Pebble Beach... Aspen, Colorado...? Actually, it is in a 30-year “new” home in St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida. The cozy feeling, yet sophisticated design, using acrylic and wood along with the “greige” color tones is the feeling I like to create for today’s modern look. Fitting in the fabulous designer bench from my client was easy and made it feel like their home for sure!
Another angle of the living room.
Entrance to great room, using the client’s beautiful console and art adding a hide area rug for a touch of new.
Beyond the dining room: This structure used to be a powder room, but it is now converted to a wine and beverage center.
The stainless entry has a glass swing door entering a total wine rack floor-to-ceiling system, leaving a wall for cabinets.
The wine and beverage center also features floating shelves, a mini Bosch dishwasher, a bar sink and a wine/beverage fridge. There is also custom lighting and bronze-mirrored accents for the finishing touch. Definitely the hit of this project!
Back to the dining room. This open room needed a designated area for dining. The wall is seemingly hanging in mid air, but it is framed in the same stainless with a specialty wall covering and custom lighting, which sets the stage for the “dining room.” It also again using the client’s antique baroque mirror and designer credenza...zebra wood table...finishing with new dining chairs and fixture. Truly the perfect setting!
Last but not least the kitchen was an almost total redo - at least it looks it. Restored cabinets gave way to the new waterfall counters and stove pipe stainless range fan. Of course, the shiny new hardware and light fixture were instrumental for creating this “brand new” kitchen.
